How do I book a transfer in Valdivia?

Can I pay in US dollars or euros?

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept cash, bank transfer, credit and debit cards (please let us know when booking), and digital payments.
Payment can be made directly to the driver or in advance, as you prefer.
Do you issue receipts or invoices?
Yes, we issue an electronic receipt (boleta) for each service. If you need a formal invoice (factura), provide your tax ID when booking and we will email it to you.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time. If there is a delay, we automatically adjust the pickup time at no extra charge.
You do not need to notify us -- our system detects the changes automatically.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Cancellations more than 12 hours in advance are free of charge. You can also cancel at no cost up to 2 hours before service for flight-related changes.
Modifications to schedule or destination are free and coordinated instantly via WhatsApp.
Do you offer round-trip services?
Yes, we offer round-trip services with a 5% discount. We also provide waiting services for errands, shopping, or short visits.

All our prices are per vehicle, not per person. An executive sedan for 1 passenger costs the same as for 3 passengers.
