At TRAE Valdivia we believe in full price transparency. Here you will find the complete rate table for all our executive transfer services, organized by route and vehicle type. The prices you see are the prices you pay: no surprises, no hidden fees, no fine print.

All our rates are per vehicle, not per person. This means that if you travel as a family or group, the total cost is split among all passengers, making our service more affordable than you might think. A sedan at for 3 passengers works out to just per person, with the comfort of a private vehicle.

Our prices are fixed and valid throughout 2026. We do not use dynamic pricing or raise rates during peak season, holidays, or early morning hours. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Below you will find the table with all routes and the three vehicle types available. Prices are listed in Chilean pesos (CLP) with approximate USD equivalents (at ~920 CLP per USD). All prices include fuel, tolls, flight monitoring (when applicable), WiFi, water, and insurance.

What Is Included in the Transfer Price

Every TRAE Valdivia fare is an all-inclusive price. You will not have to pay anything extra at the end of your trip. Here is exactly what each transfer includes:

• Professional driver: Certified drivers with valid professional licenses, bilingual (Spanish-English). Expert knowledge of all routes in southern Chile.
• Fuel: The full fuel cost for the journey is included in the price, regardless of traffic conditions or detours.
• Tolls: All tolls on Route 5 and secondary roads are included. You do not need to carry cash for tolls.
• Luggage: Transport of all your luggage according to vehicle capacity. The driver helps you load and unload bags.
• Flight monitoring: For airport transfers, we monitor your flight in real time. If there are delays, the driver adjusts automatically at no extra cost.
• Door-to-door service: We pick you up at your hotel, home, office or airport and drop you off exactly at your destination. No need to walk to a meeting point.
• Free WiFi: High-speed internet connection throughout the journey so you can work, browse, or stay connected.
• Bottled water: Purified water for all passengers during the trip.
• Full insurance: Up-to-date civil liability insurance and passenger accident insurance.
• Climate control: Vehicle air conditioning or heating according to the outside temperature and your preferences.

5% Round-Trip Discount

When you book a round-trip transfer on any route, you get a 5% discount on the combined total of both trips. Examples:

• Airport Pichoy round trip (sedan): - 5% = CLP (savings )
• Valdivia - Temuco round trip (sedan): - 5% = CLP (savings )
• Valdivia - Puerto Montt round trip (sedan): - 5% = CLP (savings )
• Huilo Huilo round trip (executive van): - 5% = CLP (savings )

Corporate Rates

For companies with frequent transfer needs (hotels, tourism agencies, businesses with regularly traveling staff), we offer corporate rates with special volume discounts. Contact us to receive a customized proposal.

Large Groups (10+ people)

For groups of 10 or more people, we can coordinate multiple vehicles with special pricing. Ideal for corporate events, conferences, weddings, or group tours. Request a quote indicating the number of passengers and route.

Accepted Payment Methods

TRAE Valdivia accepts multiple payment methods for your convenience:

Cash

You can pay in cash at the end of the service directly to the driver. We accept:

• Chilean pesos (CLP): Primary form of payment
• US dollars (USD): At the day's exchange rate
• Euros (EUR): At the day's exchange rate

Bank Transfer

You can make a bank transfer before or after the service. When confirming your booking, we will send you the bank details. We accept transfers from any Chilean bank.

Credit and Debit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, both credit and debit. For card payments, it is important to let us know at the time of booking so the driver brings the appropriate payment terminal.

Pre-payment or Payment Upon Completion

You can choose to pay at the time of booking (advance transfer) or upon completion of the service (cash or card). We do not require a deposit or advance payment to confirm the reservation.
