Our prices are fixed and valid throughout 2026. We do not use dynamic pricing or raise rates during peak season, holidays, or early morning hours. The price we quote is the price you pay.

What Is Included in the Transfer Price
Every TRAE Valdivia fare is an all-inclusive price. You will not have to pay anything extra at the end of your trip. Here is exactly what each transfer includes:

Cash
You can pay in cash at the end of the service directly to the driver. We accept:

Bank Transfer
You can make a bank transfer before or after the service. When confirming your booking, we will send you the bank details. We accept transfers from any Chilean bank.

Pre-payment or Payment Upon Completion

Are prices per person or per vehicle?
Prices are per vehicle, not per person. A sedan at $150.000 (~$163 USD) costs the same whether 1 person or 3 people travel. This makes the transfer especially convenient for families and groups, as the cost per person drops significantly when split among more passengers.
Does the price include tolls and fuel?
Yes. All published prices include absolutely everything: tolls on Route 5 and secondary roads, full fuel for the journey, flight monitoring (for airport transfers), free WiFi, bottled water, current insurance, and door-to-door service. There are no hidden costs or additional charges at the end of the trip.
Is there a round-trip discount?
Yes. We offer a 5% discount when you book a round trip on any route. The discount applies to the combined total of both trips. For example, a sedan to Temuco round trip would cost $300.000 - 5% = $285.000 CLP. You can book outbound and return trips on different days.
Is there a surcharge for night, early morning, or holiday service?
No. TRAE Valdivia operates 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at the same rate. The price is identical whether the service is at 3 AM on a Tuesday or 5 PM on a holiday Sunday. There are no surcharges for time of day or special dates.
How can I pay for the transfer?
We accept multiple payment methods:
- Cash: Chilean pesos, US dollars, or euros at the day's exchange rate
- Bank transfer: Before or after the service
- Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (please notify when booking)
No deposit or advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
Can prices change during the year?
The prices published on this page are valid from January through December 2026. We do not use dynamic pricing, we do not raise prices during peak season or high-demand periods. The price we quote when you book is the price you pay. If there is ever an exceptional adjustment due to significant fuel cost changes, it will be communicated in advance.
